OK, ladies, here’s your chance to get your husband out of the house, a few more times this year! Want a weekend alone? Here’s how! Remind your significant other that the East Zone Duck and Coot hunting season is still open until January 25, 2009 – more time for you to do the things that you want to do… A weekend without sports on T.V., and no one around messing up the house! Tell them there’s no fear, there’s still plenty of waterfowl hunting available after Jan 25th. West Zone
- Snow, Blue, Ross’s, and Specklebelly Geese – open until January 30th
- Conservation Order for Light Geese (Snow, Blue and Ross’s) – January 31st – March 8th.
East Zone
- Ducks and Coots – open until January 25th
- Snow, Blue, Ross’s, and Specklebelly Geese – open until January 25th
- Conservation Order for Light Geese (Snow, Blue and Ross’s) – January 26th – March 8th

- Woodcock - open until January 31st
